Conditions of Credits
1. All accounts must be kept current.
2. All overdue accounts will be assessed a finance fee of 1.5% per month.
3. All accounts 31 days overdue will revert to C.O.D. or Credit Card.
4. If paying by credit card, it must be paid within 10 days of invoice date or a 2% finance charge will be added.

I/We the oversigned authorize Bow River Distributing, Inc. to make whatever credit checks it deems necessary. Credit limit may be changed without notice. I/We agree to pay the set finance fee on overdue accounts. I/We agree to pay all legal costs involved in the collection of any outstanding debts should this become necessary. I/We have read, and agree to the conditions of credit listed above.
